Most games I've seen put about 4 shots (semi-automatic) into one second,
but that's pulling the trigger as fast as you can without really aiming.
Still, that makes about .25 seconds per shot. Note that weapons with high
recoil take longer than that.

Depends on the target, I think. If you're trying to shoot a coin it takes
longer than when you're aiming for a house.

You mean drawing it and bringing it into a firing position? Say 2 seconds,
or 3 if you want to put the weapon against your shoulder.

See above.

A good way to try and measure these things may be to have someone time you
(or time yourself) while doing these kinds of things with something that
can pass for a gun.
