Heh..how about ThunderWolf. A guy in a werewolf suit, who when
he hit people, a huge cloud of black smoke would appear.
Champions always was great for colorful bad guys. I digress...hmm..
To get this back on topic....It might just be me and the groups
I've run with, but we've had very few returning bad guys.
Perhaps two I can think of. Also could be because they occasionally
get bored and have their character take vacations, go off to study or
somesuch, and bring in new characters.
P.S. Then there was Sonic Boom in champions, he would run by,
give off a loud boom, and then sleep for a few rounds.
