I could see this happening ... the mage casts the spell and suffers drain to
being with ... during the casting of the spell the mage states that a number
of successes will be used to delay the casting of the spell ... if the time
elapses and the mage has not released the spell then it dissipates ...
increase the drain code by one for holding the spell for turns .. raise it by
two codes for holding the spell for minutes at a time .. at the same time the
mage also suffers the modifier for having a sustained spell ...
