Not IRL, and even the "plastic" ones contain enough metal to set off metal
detectors, plus they have an X-ray-opaque dye in the plastic to make them
show up 100% on X-ray scanners.
In the NAGRL, there is a guideline that says that ceramic or otherwise
hard-to-detect weapons should get a +1 or +2 Concealability against weapon
scanners, but that's about it -- there are no FASA-published guns that
actually use this modifier, AFAIK.
