This is, if you read even more carefully, meant as '4 points more
than other locations'. The limit is specifically to prevent someone
just taking, say, a skull replacement, pack 500 points of armor in
and get an indestructible person.

I also call your attention to the 'Cyber Zombie' NPC in the back of
the book, which has 8 armor points (hardened) in every location, and
receives 8/8 armor. While errors are known to crop up in NPC designs,
I have not heard any comments on that one.

I'll respond to the bit about muscle replacement (another post) here
as well to save noise.

Muscle replacement or augmentation are not compatible with
cyberlimbs. This is clearly stated in the Cybertechnology book.

(Considering the cost, for increasing str and quickness from 6 to 7
overall for a zombie is some 4*150000+4*175000=1.3M nuyen and
8*0.4*0.5=1.6 essence, compared to 20k and 1 essence, I can see the
attraction of saying it was.).
