I skimmed through a couple books and found the weapon section of NAGRL
chock full of polyresin niftiness. (One of the gimmicks for the book
afterall.)
Also the LD-120 lp and Ruger 100 sport rifle from the SSC is noted to have
plastic casings (maybe a +1 conc. for those). Of course, this info is
found in the little blurbs that don't describe the guns all that well, so
half the guns might be made of plastic and we wouldn't really know it...
Not that these rules came up much with my players...oft using the bulky
chunks of metal they carried around to use rather than hide.
"You spot a guard up ahead with a metal dete..." BANG! Thump.
