No. It does not allow you to hit targets you cannot otherwise see, since
it happens as the spell is being cast, not before. You have to have the
target in sight to start a spell. Now, if you switch to assensing first,
that's fine, if you can see them in astral (which you prolly can). The
brief instant of astral sight during casting a spell is more for a clear
explanation of how spells work. It does not really give any information.
