Trust me, everyone around the Great Lakes in the States (and probably on
the Canadian side of the border too) gets royally buried in flaky white
stuff every winter. Plus the damned whether is VERY unpredictable around
the lakes...

((i.e. It was like 55 F and sunny two days ago. Today there's 12 inches
of snow and it's like 10 F, and miserable. Gotta love those Great lakes
