SRII doesn't say... If you go BTB, though, I'd say you have two spells
that are basically the same but have different Force ratings. And since a
spell can be cast at any Force up to the one you learned it at, the
lower-rated one is pretty much useless, but impossible to get rid of, let
alone get something in return for.
