Sorry, but a skill at 16? Have you ever thought about what that means? Take
a look at the SRComp, there is this nice passage about people with UAC 9+
beating phyads up just for fun. Level 16 is way above anything even a
physad can reach (yeah, they can in SR, with lot's a karma and a GM with a
coma-problem). Or to put it another way: Have you seen Alien 4? There's a
guy named Christy, *he* has something like firearms 16....
