Would that really work? As I understand it, helium chills causes hypothermia
because the high thermal conductivity of He saps away body heat through the
lungs as it is exhaled away. (I certified with scuba two years ago --- yes, it
was I who wrote the underwater rules --- but it didn't cover the use of mixed
gasses, so I had to look that stuff up on the Web. Have never seen any
references to the use of Ar in breathing mixtures, though.)

The Anago (on p. 176) is supposed to be that scooter you're mentioning about.
I basically used the Water Scooter chassis with an electric power plant, and
fudged a bit with the underwater specs.
