One of two things. First, the offending piece of flesh is removed permanently
and the person can have something even better installed or grafted onto the
once offending members place. Or, second, the torso does not affect the
preferred member and does nothing else for the person ... though there would
be something humorous about having the same person's internal air tank
installed within the preferred member ... thus ensuring that the preferred
member shall riseth up unto the occassion when so called forth ...
