Hmm... For one, I think cyber-torsos were placed "under" the skin, like
the cyberskull, so I guess fully functionnal organs would still be
there... But then again, maybe some hardcore jokers would like to have the
full "cyborg" look, with hard armor on top of that...In that case, they
would probably have them removed, replaced by a nice metal plate. IMHO,
they won't miss it... When you want to become a cybermantic combat monster,
sex usually falls way down your list of priorities. (But, hey, ya still
got your hands :) )
