My group's always played it that the subject kept all his/her internal
organs. He/she could keep an external layer of skin, adipose tissue, and
external genitalia and have up to 4 points of "soft" armor. Higher rated
soft armor, or any level of the hardened variety meant losing the skin and
genitals. The subject is then assumed to have a "waste disposal" port and a
drekky sex life. Ladies with a cybertorso should take steps to avoid
pregnancy. The cybertorso doesn't appear to have any way to expand with a
fetus, especially if there is armor...
