Hey, enough already...Binder's licensed...citizen of UCAS and CAS (you can be
both for those two last I knew). Hell, he's even got a trader's market
license, but he hasn't used it for a while...

Not just the skills, we are talking that is his life, his soul, his mind, his
body and Spirit....Ometeotl remembers....having a skill is good, it explains
that a magician wants to make something more permanent for the world...but to
be an "Enchanter", that is like being the person who makes a records wherever
he goes...
