I can't tell you how long I've been waiting for someone to ask about:
MILITARY SURPLUS
For a great many years now, the UCAS (and other) military has
been stockpiling and selling this particular piece of cyberwear as
somewhat unnecessary and generally in bad taste (they love it.)
Just ask your local Lieutenant, who didn't have the balls for it
in the first place!
