Allegedly, the authors live here. It's hard to tell. That book is
really, really bad.

One example: a Conservative government devolves power to the regions. To
an American this might be no big deal, but it's the equivalent of Bob
Dole and Newt Gingritch pushing the "Cash Handouts to Drug Addicted
Single Mothers" Bill through Congress.

It suffers from the usual FASA problem of "let's wipe out most of
Scotland so we don't have to write anything about it", too...

It's bad. Leave it at that :)
