Anything outside of a vehicle move normally and interact with the vehicle
normally ... the problem arises when you are inside the vehicle and are
thereby limited to the maximum initiative allowed by the Driver's points test
(a note to all riggers ... successdully perform a Hiding test as your last
action and pray they do not relocate you before initiative is rolled .. a
successful hiding test improves the Drivers Points).
