The dragon/critter moves normally on their own initiative ... determing the
Movement Factor for the critter is important when the rigger tries to pull
certain maneuvers (and the same for the critter/dragon) ... the rigger moves
on their initiative ... the dragon goes on their initiative ....
I have also thought of something else, the Driver Points for the
critter/dragon could be whatever they roll for their intitiative instead of
adding up the results of a reaction test ...
