Hmmm...

There's going to be a shapeshifter in my campaign, so I'm looking for
a nice set of regeneration rules. (Basically, the SRII rules are OK,
but I don't like the idea of a PC getting a regen on 2+. And the
rules in SR Companion make no sense, so I'll just ignore them -
maybe they'll go away ;> )

So, I'm curious what rules for regenerating critters do YOU use.
