Simple we use the normal rules, changed in that way that regen needs a full
round(not instant) to heal a wound.
Regen occours on a roll of 2+, roll for every wound taken, if damage is over
deadly and you roll a one. You have then two options, die like allothers,
body=maxdamage overflow) or BURN karma on regen rerolls.
If you get more damage then your overflow is, here are a pen and a new sheet.
