It falls apart with higly cyberd or magiced types, there should be an
damage maximum to all muscle powered attacks.
A cybered troll can do more damage with his hands, sword or bow than with
an assault cannon.........

Even so are the lower end abit to week, under normal rules a holdout or even
a sword is useless in the hands of a weak char, or unskilled.

Yep, true if you look at the edges of whats normal, in the middle its just
fine.
