Actually, we run it here that if you try to Shapechange someone with a
spell who has cyberware, unless the part of the body that ususes the
cyberware doesn;t change signifigantly during the transformation, you'll
end up tearing yourself apart...

Once again, this comes down to personal preference, since there is no real
definition on how such spells work... They don;t say anywhere one way or
another...
