Okay fine....but once the attacker acheives a success you are assumed
to have hit...in your examples it was the hitting that was rare. I
hear LOTS of examples of people dying from single shots in the news.
shock alone kills lots of them. When you get to higher velocity
rifles you get....(Whatit called, the shockwave of yoru body
fluids...)

Basically, if someone is in the same room as you waving a pistol,
you treat it with a lot of respect.
