Sounds like your planning on expanding metamagic quite a bit in the
near future. Might be a good argument to make gradual initiation
"the standard", and define concrete rules for it. (The SR comp helped
as I recall). This would also give players a reason to seek
out particular groups if they wanted to learn a technique.
