Hmm.. well, since I never claimed to be sensitive, nice or polite I
suppose that I'm safe from this diatribe. I answer Ivy's statements as
I would answer anyone that presented a point of view in such a vehement
fashion. I disagree with Ivy on a great many points, and will continue
to debate them with him/her to my hearts content. If you dislike this,
then take your own advice and don't read my posts.

Legal? Illegal? In who's estimation? I've never used any of the
above names in my posts. Ivy stated that it was the opinion of the
three individuals that she/he was correct in the way they handle karma
and karma pool. I find this laughable at best, and many others have
responded with more empirical data than I have at hand concerning these
gentlemans opinions. I fail to see how this is such a horrible thing.

Yes, and I am allowed to debate with Ivy as much as I please, and will
continue to do so. It is my hope to broaden his/her perspective on the
game. If you find this a lost cause, so be it. But I for one am a firm
believer in lost causes.

I am dealing with it quite nicely, thank you. In fact, your the only
one that really seems to be bent out of shape over this.

I thought I had. In fact, I thought I had encouraged Ivy to do the
same. Also, the term brown-noser is about as far from removed from my
personality as humanly possible. I am quite possibly one of the least
politically correct people in existance. This does not, however, give
me leave to act like a jackass and post sweeping generalities and vague
insults. If you dislike the fact that I will continue to respond to
Ivy, yourself and anyone else that engages in such activity then you'll
simply have to put me in your killfile, as I have no intention of
stopping.

Insults get no-one anywhere - and yet in the self same paragraph you
post a patronizing statement about growing up and trying to be more
polite. I would recommend you practice what you preach, before
preaching. Lead by example - the do what I say and not what I do
philosphy simply doesn't work.

I did respond, in a fashion that was appropriate and quite frankly
would do so again. Ivy's post was not a critique, it was a cheap shot.
If you did the same when the companion was released, then had I been a
member of the list at that time I would have posted a similar reply to
you.

Then drop the list. And get a grip yourself. These types of threads
are par for course in any mailing list, channel or conference I've ever
been in. You simply have to deal with them. If you think I have any
intention of allowing anyone to post nonsense and not respond, I'm
afraid your sadly mistaken. Not even this manner of nonsense will be
ignored. If you really were concerned with bandwidth, why such a
lengthy diatribe of the sort which you repeatedly claim to despise? If
you want to impress me, practice what you preach and give it a rest.
Odds are, you won't.
