Me too, it gives just that little bit more variety to weapons and spells
for only a very little bit of extra effort during the game.

Agreed. A little plus to the Power Level might be a good idea for melee
weapons.

I'm not particularly fond of it. IMHO the recent books (published over
the past two years or so) have taken a very noticable turn away from the
older books. This is probably because Mike Mulvihill has different ideas
about the game than Tom Dowd, but I don't always agree with his choices.

Too bad about the editing, though.

I'd rather not, it'd probably mean I'll have to adjust the game stats of I
don't know how many pieces of equipment :)
