Request For Comment. Typically used when creating standards in software
and elsewhere; basically, a "let me hear your ideas", much like the
recent call for scenes in Seattle 2.

New Hampshire, actually. (Yes, I have his address, no, I'm not giving
it out.) Close enough that a few day trips should've been adequate to
spur ideas, rather than provide a history of what's already there.

I do like the other sections of T:U -- the follow-up to Bug City was
very well needed, and most of the good ideas in the book are in that
section.
