Every now and then the "what's the best Shadowrun adventure" topic gets
beaten to death, so I'll avoid that one.

However, which adventures from other games have converted well to
Shadowrun?

I converted AD$D's Oriental Adventure's Seven Swords of the
Damio(sp?) to Shadowrun and it worked great. True, it was something
of a dungeon crawl, but the adventure was so mystical and the routes
into and around the castle varied enough that the players had a great
time.
