Well, the method I use is that for every 5 full points of initiative
difference, the faster guy gets -1 to his TN. Of course, this should
be revised to "per full 10 points" or something, 'cause I have
stol^H^H^H adopted a method I saw here - each +1d6 to initiative just
reduces the time between your actions by 2. That means people with
high Reaction go faster, as they react faster. People with more dice
are still able to go a few more times in the round, but high reaction
makes you go first... (And since I also use the "Physical adept
revised" rules from the Graveyard, Physads usually have higher
reaction and less dice than a comparable sammie... Making them go
faster, but not as deadly as one would think otherwise. )
