That all depends on what a Psychokinetic Barrier _is_. I would assume,
unless something indicated otherwise, that if it was damaged (good old
barrier degradation rules...) then it would lose rating points. Holes
might be opened in it, as per those same rules. Describe the Magical Edge
involved, if you want me to be more specific...
