"Standard" (BBB stuff) implantware. AFAIK, Alphaware still requires slightly
more "specialized" medical treatments and/or skilled physicians. Also,
Alphaware has an altered street index and/or availability that would probably
still not make it any more available to the standard, read as; BEGINNING,
player-character.
