Delta being a "character blocker"??? Well, okay, I guess so in the
"average"
game that is out there. And IMO, the modifiers that Josh put into the Cost
and Availability should be more than enough to keep literally -EVERYONE- away
from it, including the Corps/Governments/Gods/Aliens that made it...

Would LOVE to see Jett sometime I think...somehow, I think I'd consider her
cool...
