You have to remember that Delta in the SR world is more rare than
gold. There are only half a dozen Delta Clinics in the world, and all
of them belong to a "superpower"- be it gov't or corp.
Deltaware itself isn't a character blocker, just the fact that you'd
have to sell your soul to a corp(and research) to attain it.
Some GMs like to hand it out like candy, but I believe that especially
in the case of Deltaware, absence does make the cardiopump grow fonder.
