Those are correct and IMO they work.

I have this in my game but my numbers ar -60%/X20

I think I have stated a mumber of times how I feel about power levels.
However if someone can actually save the the funding to pay 20 times
cost and convince one of the two places that do this stuff. The kicker
is that the only folks who do this type of cyber are our good chummers
the Azzies and Saeder Krupp. Sweet talking these good folks into doing
gammma ware is not something that most folks are going to be able to do.

The reason I created this stuff was that my players wanted to build
Munchkin's. They wanted to play these character so badly I let them do
it. Even went to the troulbe to set up special runs for them and other
equal power level NPC's. Which is how I came up with this idea. Thing is
they got bored with after a period of time see high powered cyber and
major mojo make for powerful opposition... :) They finially realized
that no matter how powerful they made the PC's I could and would come up
with something that was just as if not more powerful than they where.
The current power level of the game is somewhat below average don't see
things like wired 2 or VCR 2 very often on starting level characters
anymore...
