A very fair request.

Btw, regarding the vampire/were stuff - none of players play these, and
probably never will unless one gets infected In Character. However, I
want these beings in my world, but they don't stand up by themselves very
well from a roleplay perspective (FASA mainly provides mechanics - not
theme or ambience, per se, in my very humble opinion :).)

Also my motivation for asking these questions is
because my campaign has just started within the last 2 months. I'm
trying to get a feel for how to manage it, and how others are managing theirs.
I should also probably mention that I'm a long time player, first time
GM, with the styles of SR campaigns I've been in being on both ends
of the power spectrum.

Now for the questions:
> How much downtime do your characters usually have between runs?

Right now - 3-4 weeks. The reason this was meaningful to me is because
I am using training rules that enforce time requirements for upgrades. I
think they are very similar to the companion rules, which I haven't read yet
(but I have heard about them).

>> How many runs per game year do your groups fit in?

We're on track for 15 or so - 19 max. This concerns me slightly as I have
my own set of ideas of what I want to have happen, and I want to do some of
the
FASA stuff too once I catch up to where they are at now, but I feel like
I'm going to slingshot past FASA after awhile, since the training rules
force me to track time spent by PC's against each other.

>> How about average skill rating. ie: Lots of sixes and higher? Sixes and
>> lower?

Mostly below six in my world. But my characters seem to be ramping up key
skills quickly, which worries me a bit. I'm going to start making my
runs focus more on the street element, with real atmosphere and ambience
if possible. Basically I want to add the "grit factor". Right now
my world's too clean.

>> What is the average grade of initiacy that your magically actives attain?

I have no initiates yet. The higher their grade though, the more the
magic level will be escalated.

Thanks to everyone for their responses!

(And Mike, the good ol' days were fun. It would have been cool to have you
there.)
