Why'd you make the availability military? and why'd you make it give
such high bonuses?

I was thinking more along the lines of:
Rigger tank:
Cushioned, protective encassement, ussually cylindrical or rectanglar
in shape. Like bucket seats, rigger tanks are available in standard and
Reinforced models, both of which can be armored. Each point of armor
costs 3,000 nuyen or 28 Design points. The reinforced rigger tank is
required for metahumans weighing between 100 and 250 kg for every extra
25 kg the rigger tank is expected to support (or fraction there of),
increase the price by 300 nuyen. (make sure to take the additional
weight from the vehicles load rating as well). At +50% to their costs, a
datajack port and rigger adaptation may also be incorporated into the
rigger tank. In which case the datajack port Consumes no CF and reduces
load by 5 kg, and the rigger adaptation consumes no CF and does not
reduce Load.
