Well, I think the RERR has to be stay more exclusive than that- maybe
make it like the "Struldebrug" club (in Skysmatrix, if my aging mememory
serves) where each 2 years that pass they raise the minimum age by 1
year.
The "Struldebrug" club was for Geriatrics, and the justification on
raising the age requirement was that tech advanced fast enough that
anybody could eventually survive long enough to join, if they were not
stupid or poor (same thing, in that book.) Its memebers were poweful,
like all "eldar statesmen", but also on the edge of kicking of or going
for such advanced medical treatment they were not human (humanity was
only vaugely a requirement for mebership, IIRC).
If FASA would slowdown thier timeline to less than 1/1 (to match more
of the games people actually play), we could base admitance by "SR
age"...
