It's a totem flaw AND a perk, of sorts. Jett doesn't suffer the modifier
for astrally perceiving unless she's trying to do something like, say,
negotiate over the phone, because she's become accustomed to it. It also
lets her shoot at things in pitch darkness with a lesser penalty, using
assensing as a form of sight (like Blindness flaw in magicians).
Technically, we treat her as dual-natured, for all intents and purposes.
Jett's aura is also a bit odd: anyone assensing her sees that while
she's human, her shadow is that of a big black jaguar.
