Don't take this wrong my friend, but to quote Mike's (my GM) latest favorite
phrase...

My personal feelings is that this would rank somewhere around the idea of a
"Limb Loss", regeneration or not. If you want to try this sort of thing, go
get a "FAB Bat" or a "FAB Net" and go have fun....
