I've posted no website. I don't do chat or mess with IRC in any
fashion. My game view are very conservative (which must be an example of
games being an escapism from real life).

Looks like you hit some people's pet peeve there.

That's caused many a debate here. From what Kenson posted to the
list when he was compiling, he was looking at removing such problems in
SR3. Until he does it will still be debated.

Distance strike is the exception. Banishing is not combat and
doesn't damage a spirit, it dispells it hence the name Banish. Spells are
considered astral entities so they strike the object in melee not froma
range.
