Oh, I think they've been pretty open minded...a close minded person would've
said your stupid and not said anything else <G> (This isn't a flame, its
just what I've come to expect from close minded people)

I think most people are saying that its the regenerative abilities of a
shifter which cause the rejection, not the actual shifting...say a shifters
arm is broken, eventually it will by pulled/pushed back into shape and then
healed...now imagine if you cut off the arm at some point...the arm will try
to grow back and if it runs into cyberware, well, then you have a problem.

As far as I know its been stated several times that physical things do
no damage to entities on the Astral unless those physical things happen to
be percieving. I think it was in "Lucifer Deck" where the Shaman is using
her newly discovered Astral projection, and finds that while she can move
through certain things, people push her out of the way, which is what I've
thought happens. After all, you can't go through wood while
projecting...I'd assume that if something that can't go through you pushes
up against you you would move out of the way (Can't occupy the same space at
the same time and all that...) which I believe is what most people have been
trying to state (from that which I have read).

At most even if this idea was allowed, a small pellet (And it would have to
be a small pellet...even a small pellet is going to screw up a persons
arm...a "scoop" of your arm would destroy muscles, maybe tendons, blood
vessels, any of which is going to seriously frag up your arm...if you've
ever ripped a muscle or tendon, you would know...) would maybe force the
astral body back a little bit.

BTW-no one I saw guessed at your age, only wondered...<G>

I can see why Loche 7 said you resembled a rules lawyer...
