|#1. Distance strike is an extension of the user's will. Your will,
|eg. Willpower, is how you combat astral beings.

|#2. Banishing is NOT combat. It's something totally different.

|#3. PHYSICAL Combat Spells have no effect on astral beings, that is
|correct. OTOH, MANA BASED Combat Spells can be used effectively
|against astral beings.
Ahhhhh. But that all depends on what the astral being is doing.
If the astral being decided for whatever reason to intercept a physical
combat spell, then that's a different matter entirely....
