I can ask at my local T-shirt printers... he`s done me some pretty good
deals before. (Eg. 20 cotton shirts with a logo on the left breast, one
color print, cost me $AUS 8 per shirt... about $5 US per shirt. The cost
of more and bigger printing in multiple colours would be, I think,
largely offset by the increase in shirt numbers.
The big problem with this is that I`m in Australia, so you`d all have to
put up with either expensive postage (to have it couriered/air
freighted) or longer delays in postage. However, if the list is
desirous, I`d be happy to organise all this - but I ain`t doing the
artwork. ;)

The problem with this is that this will be MUCH more expensive than just
4 times as many of one shirt. MUCH more expensive.
