I've always assume the same, but I don't recall anything that requires
or even implies this. But I haven't re-read the section on spell locks
recently, so I may have just forgotten.

I'm probably going to require LOS as a house rule.

Is this a rule (from where?), an opinion, or something else?

Come on, I expect better than that from you. :-) Most big weapons have
straps of some sort so they can be worn rather than carried by hand.
And why does the spell lock specifically have to be worn. I've always
assumed they could be carried in hands, pockets, or whatever.
