Probably from one of the Plastic Warrior books.

The new SRCG will make it possible to allow or disallow those books as
wanted, or even not have them listed at all. And we'll be able to add new
books as they are released via XML.

And it will even be out before Shadowrun 3 :)

And the Shadowrun 3 version will be out before most of you have Shadowrun 3 :)
