Hmmm...well, I would imagine that the current team in office would probably
be re-elected easily. Things "seem" to have improved under their
administration, even if the reality is far from the image. And
*especially* since the minds of FASA are on SR3 and Blood in the Boardroom,
not another election.
Somehow I see Karl Brackhaven running for senator and winning. He got a
lot of votes for president, surely enough to win a senator's seat.
Keep in mind that the actual election would be in November 2059 and the
inaguration and official swearing in would be in January 2060.
Now what would be of interest to me, political animal that I am, wouldn't
be this election, but the next presidential election for the 2064-68 term.
You'd have to think Nadja Daviar would be a strong candidate, having served
two terms as vice-president. And one of her prime opponents would probably
be the freshman Senator Brackhaven. Now tell me *that* campaign wouldn't
get ugly...
