That's a good background, I like that. People like this could be
extremely handy. (remember your last run Paul? Someone with the right
tools could've opened them doors in a jiffy. ;))
Speaking of tools, today most plastics that aren't glued are "welded"
with sonic welders. Basicly they use a very tight ultra-sonic "beam" to
melt the plastic and filler material, plus they make these really cool
triangular bead patterns.

Iv'e used something very similar to this IMC in the form of followers
of Lucifer and Jehova. Both can conjure spirits of man plus Satanists
can summon Earth and Fire Elementals and Christians (Jehovites?) get Air
and Water Elementals. I hadn't though of domain boundaries for the
elementals, might be something for me to consider.

Depending on how mean the other players are, this could turn out to be
very boring to the player. IMC, the other players would eat this guy
alive... But if you've got the right group, could be pretty fun.

Sounds like a couple of PCs IMC...

> 5) Psychologist
[snip]

This has a lot of promise. With the right collection of skills and a
high charisma, this kind of character could be one hellacious
negotiator.

> 6) Mental Patient
[snip]

Again, sounds like a a few PCs IMC...

Evil possibilities abound here. But this could be accomplished by
almost any other PC. Ppecialising in this type of thing could be
somewhat limiting.
