Here, it doesn't make a difference if the wall is alive or dead, you can't
perceive through it either way.

Yes, in that if the wall lives, you can't move through it. You still can't
"see" through it whether it's alive or dead.

IMHO a heap of seeds stops astral movement, since the seeds are alive and
big enough to be quite noticable to the magician. After all, if FAB stops
astral movement, then seeds which are hundreds or thousands of times
bigger than the bacteria that make up FAB should definitely stop movement.
