Hey, I didn't want to send an impolite note, and I have absolutly no idea
how Mike would react to that, *I* would just prefere to get the "place
holder", as I think it's funnier and more personal. Your text sounds sooooo
much like a PR-congratuation. You know, the stuff you get from your bank on
your birthday. But that's just *my* POV.
